The Process

For this software application design, we already understood the user workflow and jobs to be done, we also knew how our software solution improved the visibility of problems areas and provided forecasting functionality for upcoming undesirable events. All these was done with the use of algorithms. Our UX research effort surfaced this internal gap. The problem we were trying to solve was simple and complementary to our current product. The mobile app filled an internal operational gap within data centers. This problem prevented operators from being efficient preventing undesirable events. A problem largely ignored by all other products in the industry. Key ROI, increase product adoption and retention.
