Business Case

I used a one page business-case template, and provided executives with a quick overview of the overall proposal. Further meetings allowed me to expand on the details of the project.

Onboarding Sr. Management & PMs

Wireframe Presentation

My goal was to have a robust wireframe design, based on research data and backed by Sr. Management. I successfully recruited the expertise of PMs and SMEs and other stakeholders in the organization, to help me improve wireframe capabilities, minimize utility and usability gaps, and to fully engage with, and support the project throughout.

Getting Executive Approval

Setting Expectations

The wireframe testing provided us with enough data to justify going to the next level of research. And everyone agreed that the data set we contrived was correct. Now we needed to know if the workflows and information architecture were going to deliver the data sets in an intuitive way. Hence, my proposal for the development of a prototype.

Prototype Project Funding

Executive Approval

After a few wireframe iterations, back and forth discussions with VP and Senior Management, the prototype project was fully approved. One interesting request was that of using this prototype as the front-end development for the future software product. Engineering architects did not fully supported this request. So I had to work with them to bring them onboard, get things aligned and moving.
